Refund Policy

1. Digital delivery
Pick a Pattern sells a digital product: an unlocked, downloadable file, generated and made available to you immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you agree that the file is delivered digitally right away, and you knowingly waive the standard 14-day cancellation "cooling-off" period that applies to physical goods — this is a normal and legally recognised condition for instantly-delivered digital content under UK consumer law.
2. General policy
Because the file is generated and delivered the moment you pay, we're not able to offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a custom size has been unlocked and downloaded.
3. When we will refund you
We want this to be fair, so we will happily refund or fix things if:
- The file you received is corrupted, doesn't open, or clearly doesn't match the dimensions or box type you paid for, due to a fault on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (a duplicate or accidental charge).
- You paid but never received a working unlock (for example, if you closed your browser before the payment confirmation completed and the file never unlocked).
4. How to request a refund
Email mike@artyfactor.com within 14 days of your purchase, including the email address or card used and, if possible, the size/box type you ordered. We'll look into it and get back to you — most requests are resolved within a few days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
